Wii remote A button mod help

Hello everyone,

I want to mod my A button Wii mote
But I can find every mod for the wii controller except the A button mod...
Can someone help me... I want to re-made this one:

(and I said this lot of times but I start maybe this mods in 2008)
And may any ideas or tips...?
