Die Stellen am Analog-Stick die verschlissen sind kann man mit Kleber auffüllen. Ich probiere es gerade aus.

ich hab das auch schonmal gemacht,.. geht mit Polyesterharz am allerbesten,.. iss absolut zu empfehlen
